Faded Glory

A movable sculpture addressing the current tone of police abuses, shootings, and overstep. One side of the wall is blue, referencing the impenetrable police machine. The second side is a stylized police target, created with graveyard flowers collected over the last 18 months in cemeteries throughout the Southeastern USA. Accompanying this work is a postcard with a description and a blog where the public is encouraged to leave comments. Updated daily, the blog will provide insight into each day’s activities, interviews, and observations.
